There are 24 hand positions in Reiki Healing. A Reiki petitioner is expected to channelize Reiki for at least 3 minutes to each position.
Reiki Hand Positions: Points to keep in mind.
- All the hand positions are related to the seven major chakras.
- We do not give Reiki to crown chakra
- Reiki is given from front and back on the balance six chakras.
- There are five points each for third eye chakra and heart Chakra when you give Reiki from front.
- In addition we also give Reiki to the knees as well as soles of the feet.
